Description
"Richard Rasmus und Frau." ("Richard Rasmus and wife."). Richard Rasmus is standing left from his wife who is seated with a baby on her lap. In front of Rasmus stands a small child. The man wears a dark jacket and gray pants. The woman wears a dark skirt and a white blouse.
Richard David Rasmus (1911-1966), born in Maitland and died in Cape Town, was a minister of the Moravian mission in Fairview from 1944-1948 and in Genadendal from 1945-1952.
