Description: The great Cable Incline (seen here) went from Rubio Pavilion (the bottom) to Echo Mountain (at the top), a trip of nearly 3,000 feet, rising over 1,300 feet. In this picture we see passengers waiting at the bottom for a car which is on its way down.
