Photograph article dated February 5, 1957 reads, "At 14, Bill Strange, son of Mr. and Mrs. Loren C. Strange, 131 N. Sixth St., Burbank, has proved himself an enterprising young businessman. Bill, for three and a half years a Valley Times newspaperboy, has established a fine scholastic and sports record at John Muir Junior High. Bill's initiative has won him trips to Las Vegas, Disneyland, Catalina and various fishing trips. Undecided as to whether to enter UCLA or USC, Bill has no doubts about his ambition to enter the Air Force upon completion of college. The Valley Times salutes Bill Strange on his own self-advancement program, an outstanding citizen and a young fellow with a bright future." Photograph also used in article dated February 21, 1957. Additional print in sleeve.
