Mosaic law statue adorns a wall of the County Hall of Administration. It is a statue of Moses, the biblical prophet and law giver, holding the tablet of the Ten Commandments. The Mall was named in honor of the 44 men and women who walked from Sonora, Mexico, and founded the city in 1781. Photo dated: July 11, 1966.
