Description
16 Hilarita A three-story ship lap house is seen with central entry stairs leading up to the second (main floor) story porch. The porch is under the roof overhang and spans the whole of the front of the house. Centered above is a shed-roof dormer with 2 shall mullioned windows. The house sits on a corner, just above the sidewalk with a low cement retaining wall and a large palm tree in front. House built by Fred Bagsaw Sr. around 1908.
