Title supplied by cataloger. John Muir School, a brick building on the west side of Pacific St., opposite 15th St., in Long Beach. "John Muir" is inscribed under bay windows that hang over the arched entrance where three men sit or stand. The wing to the main building is two stories and composed mainly of windows, some of which are opened. The school was heavily damaged in the 1933 Long Beach earthquake.
