Description: Black and white photograph showing Alfred, a dispensary worker at the Ama Achara Methodist Hospital in southeast Nigeria run by the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society. Alfred wears a Western style shirt, trousers and white shoes. The caption next to this image reads: "Alfred - senior Dispensary boy." Alfred looks to be in his thirties. This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Ama Achara Methodist Hospital.
