Description provided by AP with photo states: "Workmen spread plastic over the top of a newly constructed protective levee as they fight to keep flood waters flowing from a break in the levee between the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers out of Isleton, a Central California community Wednesday. The levee break sent hundreds fleeing from their homes and has caused an estimated millions in damages."
