Description
View 4: Top photo. Langley J. Goodman can be seen in the drivers' seat of an automobile being converted into a Rose Parade float entitled "American Legion: Pasadena". View 5: Bottom photo. The metal and wood structure around the automobile in its early stages. When completed, it will display a large round shield with the words "American Legion, U.S.", in the middle of the float as well as four large American flags. The word, "Pasadena" will be spelled out with flowers at the bottom edge of the float.
