Description
After 26 years of wrestling throughout the United States, Mae Young, U.S. Women's Champ, has opened a school at the Olympic Auditorium to teach wrestling. Mae opened her school about a year ago because she felt that there were too few good wrestling teachers. Wrestling in California for women has been legal only a year and a half. Mae is shown with 2 of her pupils, Samuel Lewis and Raul Rivera. Photo dated: April 21, 1967.
