Description: Photograph caption dated December 29, 1959 reads, "Presentation of eighth annual Police-Fireman Award by Burbank Lodge No. 1705, B'nai B'rith, is made to Fire Capt. William J. Weaver by lodge president Ben Friedman with Fire Chief William J. Taylor and citizenship chairman Ted Epstein looking on. Annual award is made for exemplary conduct and behavior in his department and in community. A certificate and $50 Savings Bond are given winner. Selection is made by Police Chief Rex Andrews, Fire Chief Taylor, Superior Court Judge V. P. Lucas and Municipal court Judge Raymond L. Reid and Leonard Hamner."
