Jayne Mansfield, 21, Warner Brothers starlet, was selected by Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, to rule as 'Regatta Queen' over 350 yachts and their crews during three-day annual mid-winter International Regatta at Los Angeles harbor. 50,000 spectators are expected and there will be a floating fashion show on a barge supplied by the Los Angeles Harbor Department. Barge will be towed to three vantage points during races,"
