This structure, located at 375 E. Olive Avenue, was later demolished. Photograph caption dated June 5, 1957 reads, "Lights, airy dormitory - This is where many on-duty Burbank firemen will sleep after city's new headquarters fire station is completed. It is on second floor of structure and is designed for comfort. In background, Fireman Harold Coveney, left, and Capt. Murray Haist inspect pole slide to apparatus room below.
