Description
Photograph of men working on the aqueducts, showing three men manipulating a mechanism, [s.d.]. One man stands behind what resembles a filled mining car on the left in a lightly-colored shirt and dark hat. His mining car stands along tracks with a rope extending from its front wheels, over a raised wheel at center, to a mechanism under a wooden shelter on the right. The second man stands behind the raised wheel with a bike clutched in his hands while the third operates the large machine near a pile of barrels which lie on the far right. A wire window in a wooden frame lies in the foreground while bushes speckle the hillside in the background.
