Description
Photograph caption dated June 24, 1958 reads, "Mrs. Bessie Waldman, 69, Burbank, reads thank you letter from former British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill. Mrs. Waldman sent poem to Churchill which she wrote in 1906 when he was candidate for Parliament from Manchester. She predicted he would some day be prime minister."
