From a series of thirteen black and white photographs of the same man holding a sign that reads "City Unfair to Victims of Urban Renewal," posing in different locations surrounding James Transfer & Storage Co., whose main offices were located at 390 North Second Street, San Jose. Outside of envelope is marked "13 Best Kjaerbye - James." Accompanying set of negatives includes more images.
