Description
Aerial view of the Marysville flood, February 25-29, 1940. View shows the flooded migrant camp near Winters, California, Yolo County. This was one of several migrant camps established by the Farm Security Administration in Calfornia. Note the tent floors which were used for temporary shelters during the fruit seasons.
