Description
"Rungwe. Schülerhütten. v. Schw. Gysin" ("Rungwe. Schoolboys' huts. [Taken] by S[ister] Gysin"). View of at least five round houses. The house on the right is built of bricks and has a thatched roof.
Editha Katharina Gysin (1899-1953) was a missionary of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine. She served from 1929 to 1940 in Rungwe as teacher and was engaged in the work among women.
