Description
Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the City of San Jose on the 10th day of August, 1931, passed Ordinance of Intention No. 2330 declaring its intention to order the following Street Work done, to-wit: Ordinance No. 2330. An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of San Jose to order the acquisition, by condemnation of certain herein described properties for the widening of San Carlos Street from the westerly line of Market Street (formerly Guadalupe Street) to the line of the westerly city limits of the City of San Jose, where the same intersects the center line of San Carlos Street at a point 336.10 feet westerly from Sunol Street; describing the lands necessary and convenient to be taken for said purpose and the district to be benefited by said improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses therefor; designating the legislative enactment of the State of California under which said improvement shall be carried out; fixing the place and time for bearing protests; and determining that improvement bonds may be issued to represent certain special assessments against the lands assessed for said improvement...
