Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph caption dated October 1, 1963 reads, "Mrs. Norma Weintraub, executive secretary of the Encino Chamber of Commerce, is shown among the debris caused by vandals who looted the chamber office over the weekend. Besides making a mess of the papers and files, the looters took $7 worth of stamps. Entrance to the offices, located at 4935 [sic] Balboa Blvd., was through the louvered windows."
