Photograph caption dated May 6, 1961 reads, "The ABC-TV camera moves in for a close-up of Walter Brennan and Kathy Nolan as Kathy appeared on 'The Real McCoys' set Wednesday for the first time in nearly four months. The 27-year-old actress, of 15248 Encanto St., Sherman Oaks, was hospitalized for a crippling back injury suffered when she was thrown from a horse on the set."
