Photograph caption dated May 21, 1957 reads, "Deadlocked at 78 after 18 holes, these three Valley League prep fairway stars played extra holes to decide the individual championship yesterday at the San Fernando Valley Country Club. Pat Altnow, center, Birmingham High, won the crown on the second extra hole. Paul Fuller, left, North Hollywood, was second and Skip Hillman, Reseda, was third. Canoga Park won the team title as the league season came to a close."
