Description
Handwritten letter on off-white paper with sepia ink and small round stain in center of page. Addison discusses a dispute about St. Sacrament now belonging rightfully to the Portuguese. Addison also discusses the Buenos Aires Ships. Addison knows of an agreement between the King of Spain and The Court of Portugal.
