Photographic portrait of Mission San Fernando Indian women in front of a brick building, ca.1890. Two elderly women sit on a bench in bare feet with kerchiefs wrapped around their heads, a walking cane between them. The woman to the right is 130 years old and the mother of the woman on the left who is 100 years old. The building behind them has wooden shingles on the roof. A pail, crutch, shovel and chain are to the left of them.
