Description

Photograph caption dated June 9, 1955 reads, "Meeting with members of the San Fernando Valley Industrial Association, Roy M. Hagen, second from right, past president of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, illustrates the fallacy of Air Force Secretary Harold Talbott's policy of defense plant dispersal. His chart shows a number of major American inland cities that could be brought under long range air attack from Moscow. Left to right are Gil McCoy, manager of the industrial section of the association; James H. Raport, director of public relations for the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce; Hagen, and Harry F. Ross, president of the Valley Industrial Association."
