Description
B. Cribari & Sons wine merchants, located at 565 Robin Drive, Santa Clara. Albert B. Cribari, Merchandising Manager. History on reverse: "The House of Cribari was founded by Benjamin Cribari and his four sons, at the beginning of this century, with the foremost object of producing fine wines. The wines of the Cribari Family have been accepted throughout the United States and Europe for their excellent quality and have been rewarded for their efforts by England, France, Italy and California. Starting with 40 acres, the Cribari Family has grown until it now owns large plantings of the finest wine grapes in California, all grown on hillsides in the cool Santa Clara Valley, to produce the choicest variety of grapes possible. Grignolino Rose, Emerald Riesling and Ruby Cabernet are a few of these fine varieties in which the Cribari Family has specialized and pioneered. The Cribari Family has handed down, from generation to generation, knowledge of the art of wine making, steeped in old world traditions. Production, aging and bottling of these fine wines is managed by the third generation of the Cribari Family, under the strict guidance of the senior members, thus assuring connoisseurs of wines an excellent product when packaged under the signature of 'B. Cribari.'"
