Photograph caption dated November 20, 1962 reads "SeaBee Reserve Unit 1112, which meets monthly at the Naval Reserve Training Center in North Hollywood, last weekend cleared a dam channel at the Foundation for the Junior Blind's Camp Bloomfield in the Santa Monica Mountains. Recently, SeaBee specialists saved boy scouts more than $19,000 in construction work at Camp Brae. Soon, the 1112th will build a suspension bridge at Camp Bloomfield, one of the few constructed since World War II. The 1112th at present is the highest rated SeaBee unit in the 11th Naval Dist."
