This photograph was taken from the left side of a Western costume Company display area. In this tableau, are many mannikins dressed in different period costumes. For example there is a king sitting on a throne, a man in Napoleonic navel uniform. A royal female figure in a gown with a crown.There are also several tapestries, candle holders and taxadermy animals that add to the decor of the display. This was a display in the Pacific Southwest Exposition held on sixty-three acres of waterfront land, now Pier C, off 7th Street in Long Beach.
