Description
From the beginning, Venice has been the place for colorful and cutting edge architecture. This "artist's lofts" development, designed by Fredrick Fisher and Partners, and located adjacent to Frank Gehry's 1981 Indiana Ave Houses, was one of the first large scale projects in the neighborhood. Projects of this scale have now become the norm in a neighborhood that only a few years ago was considered one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the city.
