Description
Photographic portrait of Howard Miller, January 1928. He can be seen towards the left with his shoulders turned to the left. He is looking straight ahead and can be seen wearing a pinstriped suit and tie. His suit jacket is unbuttoned and his hair is slicked back. His hair appears to be longer on top and close-cut towards the bottom portion of his head. He appears to have freckles on his face.
