Photograph caption dated March 22, 1965 reads, "Mrs. Barbara Grounds, R.N., director of nursing at the Motion Picture Relief Fund's Country House and Hospital, receives award of appreciation from Elaine Bickerton and Joan Duvall, two honor graduate nursing assistants from the Reseda Adult School. Mrs. Grounds is the instructor in a seven-week course at the school. Twenty girls received their certificates in ceremonies at the Country House in Woodland Hills."
