Description
Copy of affidavit in which Phil Daulque of Big Pine recounts his experience leasing land within the Big Pine Irrigation District through the Los Angeles Board of Commissioners on February 1, 1924 and in which the City stated its right to enter this rental property to divert or take water for irrigation purposes away into the aqueduct system of Los Angeles. Notarized by D. L. Shaw.
