Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph caption dated December 14, 1964 reads, "Reciprocal advantages - Standing at the end of the assembly table of the group producing plant feeders is James W. Browning of International Pipe and Ceramics Corp. He is typical of hundreds of young executives who advised the program. He may guide the youngsters and also teach them, but the youths are the final authority when a decision must be made. Many companies consider working as a J.A. adviser important training for a young executive. For that reason they often rotate personnel. Thus this is Browning's first year."; See images #00117214 through #00117220 for all photos in this series.
