Photograph caption dated August 26, 1955 partially reads, "Assemblyman Bill Marsh, left, Senator Richard Richards, Mrs. Richards, Mrs. Miller and Assemblyman Allen Miller display a few of the 20-pound tuna taken by them at Catalina Island this week. The occasion was the legislative fishing party sponsored by southland conservation groups. Thirty fishermen aboard landed 96 blue-finned battlers."
