"The Main Street (only street), Paud". View of the main street in the village of Paud. Some pedestrians walk down the middle of a dirt road, there are two story brick buildings, lining the street, with rough verandas of thatch, cloth or corrugated iron. The street is empty of vehicles. ❧ This image belongs to an album of photographs collected by Dr. Stevenson and includes images from India, China and Africa. The image was provided to Dr. Stevenson by Mr Macmichael who had worked in Pune.
