The extensive portfolio of photographic artist Carol Westwood (1942-2011), a native New Yorker who lived in Los Angeles for many years, includes a diverse array of subjects: animals, nudes, American and European cities, and portraits. Additionally, she worked on special and still photography for numerous motion picture and television productions in Hollywood; the archive of her entertainment and celebrity images was distributed internationally by Gamma, Liaison International, Stone Images, and Getty images from 1988-2003. Exterior of the Buck House, located at 5950-5958 W. 8th Street in Los Angeles. Designed by Rudolf Schindler in 1934, this residence, which now serves as a gallery, is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 122. Photo dated: September 1995.
