Description
Photograph of pedestrians walking through a park near the south side of an unidentified city hall building, [s.d.]. At center, a man in uniform and a woman walk towards the right on a wide brick path, with two other park-goers in the distance in front of them. Farther left, a set of concrete steps leads behind a copse of small palm trees towards a building in the background. Engraving on the building reads, "He that violates his oath profanes the divinity of faith [...]".
