Knit fabric cover bodice portion, wire metal cage for skirt (full) stands on metal pedestal w/four wheels. Cloth covered cardboard forms (12 sections) upper portion; lower portion adjustable flat metal and wire sections on an adjustable metal stand. On wheels.
