One of its important functions is to sponsor various productions of the Freshman Drama Club. This year the society put on a Shapespearean play. One other outstanding event was the presentation of a matinee for the first time in the history of the Masquers. Requirements for membership involve previous work in dramatics, and unanimous acceptance by the members. Membership is restricted to twenty-five. Officers for this year were Henry Kehler, president; Louise Moulton, vice-president; Lenore Campbell, secretary-treasurer; Lucien Miner, business manager; and the advisers are Mrs. Virginia Princehouse Allen and Dr. Benjamin Duncan Scott".
