Photograph of the large fan and date palm trees on Hill Street in front of Judge Widney's residence between Fifth Street and Fourth Street, Los Angeles, ca.1890. A fence separates the property from the sidewalk in front. The house is almost totally obscured by the thick foliage of the trees.
