Description: The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on January 22, 1970 states: "The Ohio Real Estate Investment Co.has revealed this architect's sketch of its proposed $7 million, 264-room addition to the Crystal Bay Club on Lake Tahoe's north shore. Construction on the 11-story structure could start by mid-May if zoning is approved. A zoning proposal has been approved by the Regional Planning Commission in Reno and is now before the Washoe County Commission."
