Description
Gary Giacomini served for 24 years on the Marin County Board of Supervisors. He also spent 20 years on the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District, and 10 years on the California Coastal Commission Board. Called the "Mr. Environment for West Marin," Gary was instrumental in saving ranch land and open space from becoming subdivided. Gary fought to keep money from the Buck Fund for Marin County. In this interview, he discusses his childhood, his law career, and his many accomplishments that will benefit the people of Marin for years to come.
