A portrait of the deceased, male and in a suit and tie, is encased in floral decorations and stands on the deceased's newly-dug gravesite. Another section of the graveyard (background) is enclosed by wire fencing. All headstones are in Chinese. A light-colored headstone, lower left, states in English: Mar. 17, 1943, Lai Quon Wong. A dark headstone, center back, is for: Tom Tuen, 1867-1943.
