Photograph caption dated August 30, 1963 reads, "Another property managed by the Beaumont Management Co. of the Gribin-Von Dyl firm is this modern 28-unit apartment building at 18651 Clark St., in Tarzana. John Waessil, supervisor for Beaumont, reports that more than 50 per cent of the units have been leased in the first five weeks of operation, Max Goldsmith is owner of complex which is attracting tenants all over the Valley."
