This was taken at the John Carroll Ranch, 16700 Chatsworth Street in Granada Hills; this structure was later demolished when the property was subdivided.
Photograph caption dated October 24, 1950 reads, "Valley estate - Relaxing in warm sunshine of San Fernando Valley is Actor John Carroll, his wife and daughter, Julie."
