Description
Photograph of the entrance of Big Pines Camp showing a snow plow, ca.1930. On the left, a snow plow can be seen behind a large collection of snow. A road can be seen immediately to its left along a stone-made fence. Behind this truck, what appears to be a bridge supported by two towers made of stone are visible. The bridge appears to serve as a sign which reads: "Big Pines-L.A. County Camp". The tower on the left, seems to have some kind of pole standing from its roof. In the far left, a partially visible cabin is observable behind a sign which says: "[?] [?] CAMPS". Another bridge is partially visible on the far right. Everything is partially or completely covered by snow and it is evident that snow is falling. Trees are seen in the background.
