Description
Sandbagging and road clearing operations during the recent rainstorm period were performed along a DWP service road near Garden Land Road in Mandeville Canyon by members of a crew from the Transmission Section of the Power Operating and Maintenance Division at Valley headquarters. Water and mud from slides which covered the road blocking access to DWP lines in the area had to be cleared.
