Description
Photograph of Thom’s Cyclery, Inc. at 3401 Second Ave. Hobart Denzil “Tom” Thom opened his bicycle shop in 1927, and moved locations several times until settling at this location in 1933. Thom’s Cyclery operated here until 2006. The “Thom Building” stands today and is considered historic architecture for Oak Park. Taken circa 1969.
