Description
Shown in this photograph is the front facade of the Emporium Department Store, where a crowd is waiting for the store to open for a sale. The display windows are decorated with the word "September". Under the Emporium neon sign are smaller words reading, "Ed Ahlswede & Son, Props." The upper level of the building has apartment style windows. DATE NOTES: Circa September, 1925. ORIG.
