Description
A group of men who are identified at deputies to the short-lived Constituent Assembly that met in January 1918 in Saint Petersburg (then Petrograd), Russia. The back of the image contains a note in English that reads: "First gathering of Deputies to the Constituent Assembly." There is also a numbered list of every person in the image, and another note in Russian. A small note in English also reads: "Return to Asia Magazine by June 15."
